Wicked Beauty (Dark Olympus, #3) by Katee Robert

I was a huge fan of the first book in this series and was not as excited after reading the second one, but the world Katee Robert created is so intriguing that I had to come back, and boy, am I glad I did.

This book is everything I want a triad book to be: hot, with all three POVs (sometimes during spicy scenes, which is very hot), caring about the emotional well-being of our leading characters, and interesting beyond the bedroom.

This book is not only steamy to the max but also action-packed, Hunger-Games-style. The politics and "court" intrigue added to the layers of the characters in a way that made them so much more real, despite the unreality of the situation.

I did get a little confused about the world and where reality and mythology blend, but since Katee Robert announced a bunch more books in this series I am hoping I will get a clearer idea in all the upcoming books and novellas.

If you are looking for a sex scene your brain will be replaying it on a loop, this book has them in spades. - Sky
